Dunedin Thunder take on the West Auckland Admirals this weekend. Puck drops 6.45pm on Saturday, 2.15pm Sunday. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children.

Dunedin Thunder begin their 2010 season with a double-header against Southern Stampede this weekend in Dunedin. The last meeting between these two teams ended in a 4-4 draw in the Pre-season match held in Gore. So get down and support the Dunedin Thunder to give them the edge they require
The First game is on Saturday June 5th, 6.30 pm
The Second game is on Sunday June 6th, puck drop at 3.30 pm
So get down to the Dunedin Ice Stadium at 101 Victoria Road.
The Ticket prices will be $10 for adults and $5 for kids.
Trials for the 2010 Dunedin Thunder squad will be held on 28 March, at Dunedin Ice Stadium.
Trials will include skills testing at 9.15, midday fitness testing, and a game at 6pm.
Trials will cost $30, including lunch.
Congratulations to Thunder goaltender Rick Parry, who on Saturday night won the Otago University Sportsperson of the Year award, after a big year for Dunedin Thunder and the New Zealand Ice Blacks.

Dunedin Thunder Pre Season Training will be taking place on Tuesday nights at 7.00 pm. Cost is $10 per player. The acting coach is Steve Jackson.
Players 16 years and up are eligible to attend.
