The Annual General Meeting of the Dunedin Ice Hockey Association will take place at 6pm on Saturday 21 November, upstairs at the Dunedin Ice Stadium.
AGM Notice, AGM Nomination Form, and list of jobs with descriptions to be filled at the meeting are attached.
The AGM will also discuss the draft player code of conducts which the club plans to adopt for the 2010 season.
During the AGM peewee and midget players will be able to play cross ice games, at a cost of $5/player.
After the AGM the club will have its annual prizegiving, including a BBQ dinner, to which all players, family and friends are invited. Dinner $5/head, cash bar.

The Dunedin Ice Hockey Association (DIHA) Committee warmly invites all Club Members to attend their 2008 Annual General Meeting (AGM). All club members are eligible to be present and we encourage you to attend.
Date: Monday, 11th February 2008
Time: 7:30pm
Venue: Dunedin Ice Stadium (101 Victoria Road, St Kilda)
Members of the DIHA are invited to submit nominations for the 2008 Committee. The main office-bearing positions are: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, financial Manager and 5 committee members. Other positions include Coaches and managers for each grade, High School Liaison, Equipment Manager, Publicity/Promotions, Website Administrator, DIHL Co-ordinator, Referee in Chief.
If you are interested in a specific area or discipline of ice hockey, please come along to the meeting. Nominations can be made at the AGM – please ensure the candidate, proposers and seconders are all DIHA members and are present at the meeting. If you wish to make a nomination prior to the meeting or are unable to attend, please complete the Nomination Form and return it to the DIHA Secretary by Monday 4 February 2008.

The Southern Ice Hockey League (SIHL) AGM will be held in the Ancient Briton Hotel, Leven St, Naseby on Dec 1st 2007, at 10am. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided at a cost of $20. If you would like to attend, then please email Susan Dale (sdale@ispnz.co.nz) by Friday November 23.
